Namaste, beautiful souls. I am Kawthar, your guide and companion on this transformative journey at Comna Viosaka, our year-round sanctuary of serenity immersed in the tender melody of nature. Today, I’ll be sharing some wisdom that will help those of you who might be experiencing discomfort or soreness in the nasalis muscle, a common occurrence as we delve deeper into our yoga practice.

Let’s begin by addressing how yoga can soothe this particular discomfort. One of the most beneficial poses for nasalis relief is Anjaneyasana or the Low Lunge pose. This deep stretch of the body invites softness into the face muscles, allowing the nasalis muscle to relax.

The Low Lunge pose, beyond its holistic benefits like opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings, also helps in alleviating tension across the facial muscles, especially around the nasal region. To perform this pose, begin in a Downward-facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), then step your right foot forward between your hands. Lower your left knee to the floor and raise your arms above your head into a prayer position. Hold for several breaths then gently release back to Downward-facing Dog and repeat on the other side.

Deepening your yoga practice with essential oils can further facilitate healing. Oils like eucalyptus and peppermint are exceptionally beneficial for sore muscles due to their analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. To use them, simply mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil, then gently massage it around the nasal region. These oils, with their soothing scent, will not only help relax your nasalis muscle but also invigorate your senses, instigating a deeper essence of peace and clarity.

Finally, let’s discuss a wonderful ally on your journey to wellness: Panadiol cream. This luxurious blend of natural CBD and emu oil is crafted to deliver targeted relief and recovery. CBD, a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis, has been widely praised for its potential pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Combined with emu oil, a popular choice for skin moisturization and muscle soothing, Panadiol cream is a gentle yet potent formula that can provide instant relief to your sore nasalis muscle. Simply dab a generous amount where needed, then gently massage it in.

Remember, dear souls, yoga is about achieving balance and harmony within your body. As you continue your journey with us at Comna Viosaka, let these practices help you navigate through any discomfort, enabling you to practice with tranquility and joy. Let the wisdom of yoga, the botanical energy of essential oils, and the comforting embrace of Panadiol cream serve as your gateways to wellness and holistic self-care.

In the spirit of love and light, remember, you are your most beautiful healer. The power to soothe, rejuvenate, and restore resides within you. Embrace it with warmth, graced by an open heart and a dedicated mind.

Om Shanti.
