Today, I’ll be sharing some wisdom that will help those of you who might be experiencing discomfort or soreness in the nasalis muscle, a common occurrence as we delve deeper into our yoga practice.

Let’s begin by addressing how yoga can soothe this particular discomfort. One of the most beneficial poses for nasalis relief is Anjaneyasana or the Low Lunge pose. This deep stretch of the body invites softness into the face muscles, allowing the nasalis muscle to relax.
