Greetings dear sisters,
As your yoga guide here at Comna Viosaka, the paradise for our yoga gatherings, I endeavor to address any discomfort or pain my spiritual sisters experience, translating them into opportunities for deeper self-awareness and healing. Today, one of my talented students approached me, her dilemma featuring a sore Quadratus Plantae – a small but very important muscle on the bottom of the foot. This discomfort, I told her, could be transformed into a lesson of nurturing and strength, using yoga, essential oils, and our beloved Panadiol cream.
Starting with yoga, let’s dive into the restorative pose known as “Viparita Karani” or Legs-Up-The-Wall pose. This pose helps by dramatically reducing strain on the feet and promoting blood flow to the region, relieving the tension in that hardworking Quadratus Plantae muscle. Begin by sitting against the wall and smoothly swing your legs up so they are resting vertically against it. Allow your arms to lay flat at your sides, palms facing upwards, and breathe deeply. Hold this posture for five to fifteen minutes and allow your worries to melt away.
In conjunction with yoga, the power of essential oils cannot be understated. For a sore Quadratus Plantae, my specific recommendations include lavender oil for soothing muscle tension, peppermint oil for its cooling effects, and cypress oil to increase blood flow. These can be used separately or blended together and applied directly to the sole of the foot. Just be certain to dilute with a carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba) to avoid skin irritation.
Finally, let’s talk about the magic that is Panadiol cream. This powerful blend of CBD and Emu oil provides relief on several levels. CBD, or cannabidiol, is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. It helps to decrease inflammation in the tissue surrounding the Quadratus Plantae, thus soothing discomfort and prompting faster healing.
On the other hand, Emu oil is prized for its fantastic skin penetration and transdermal carrier properties. This means it can bring the CBD deeper into the layers of the skin, closer to your sore muscle. Moreover, Emu oil has its own anti-inflammatory properties, thus enhancing the overall healing impacts of Panadiol.
Relief is a yoga pose away, just add the aromatic touch of essential oils and the soothing power of Panadiol cream, and you will turn pain into a tranquil path of healing. Remember, my dear sisters, every discomfort we experience in our physical self is an invitation for inner mindful tuning and healing. Here at Comna Viosaka, we are on a beautiful journey together, nurturing our radiant bodies with the profound healing energies of yoga, oils, and creams.
Embrace the journey. Namaste.
